Luis Castillo is the Vice President of Operations at American Door Products. He began his career nearly 30 years ago in the company’s aluminum division, Versatrac, and advanced through roles in hardware, Will Call, and divisional management, mastering every area of operations. Prior to his current role, he played a pivotal part in the company’s growth, driving efficiency and performance across multiple business units.
Today, Luis works closely with the president to shape strategies that boost profitability and streamline processes. His expertise in vendor negotiations, inventory optimization, ERP contract management, and cross-departmental collaboration ensures peak operational performance. Known for his loyalty, team-building, and commitment to quality, he fosters alignment across departments and leads with a focus on people, relationships, and long-term success.
